Honey Chicken Grill With Boiled Vegetables And Mushroom Black Pepper Gravy

This recipe I made this afternoon when my mum ask me to cook something good for my brother. Good to try, good to taste though. :)

Tips

Use original lemon juice will gives out good taste.
You also can grill the potato along with the chicken. trust me, it taste good!

Ingredients

4 pieces chicken
1 carrot
10 green beans
1 head broccoli
1 (cut in quarter) tomato
1 can button mushroom
3 pieces potato
Marinade
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon olive oil
To taste salt
Mushroom Black Pepper Gravy
4 pieces button mushroom (sliced)
2 tablespoon black pepper sauce
2 tablespoon kfc flour
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
To taste salt
To taste sugar

Instructions

Cut all the vegetables into cubes or according to what shape we like.

Put the vegetables in a pot of water with little salt added. Boil for a while, (be careful not to overcook).

Put aside the boiled vegetables.

How to marinade and grill the chicken:

Clean the chicken with fresh water. Put in a bowl.

Put all the ingredient for marinade the chicken together, stir well and marinade for 1/2 hour.

After 1/2 hour, heat up the grill pan with small amount of olive oil. Grill the chicken until cook.

How to make the yummy gravy:

In a cup of water, dissolve 2 spoons of KFC flour. (can use wheat or corn flour too).

Melt butter in pot, put in the minced garlic. Fry until it gives out good smell. (love this smell ^_^)

Add in a cup of dissolved flour into the pot, and let it cook.

Stir well until cook. Serve the grill chicken with the vegetables, and pour in the gravy. Enjoy! :)
