Ingredients

250gm kaki ayam
2 biji ubi kentang
1 batang serai diketuk
Secukup rasa garam & pak aji
Bahan Kisar
3 ulas bawang merah
1 ulas bawang putih
2 cm halia
1 sk jintan manis
1sk jintan putih
1 sk lada hitam
Bahan Tumis Darat
2 ulas bawang merah dihiris
1 pokok daun sup dihiris panjang

Bersihkan kaki ayam, masukkan dalam periuk bersama air secukupnya. Masak atas api hingga kaki ayam kembut.
