Recipe for "Macaroni Cheese"


Tips

1) Put the pot on a low heat so that the cheese will not be burnt
2) Don't add too much salt since the cheese is already salty

Ingredients

Dried Macaroni 250 gram
Fresh Milk 500 ml
Cheddar Cheese 12 slices
Button Mushrooms 1 can (sliced)
Flour 1 tablespoon
Butter 2 tablespoons
Ground Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoons

Instructions

Put water in a pot. Add some salt. Wait until it boils.

Pour dried macaroni into the pot. Wait for about 8 minutes. Once it is done, take it off the heat. Drain them under tap water

Take another pot for the cheese sauce. Put it on low heat.

Put two tablespoons of butter. Let it melts.

Put one tablespoon of flour. Stir until it becomes slightly golden

Pour 500 ml of milk

Shred the cheese into small pieces. Then, put them into the pot.

Keep stirring. Put sliced button mushrooms.

Lastly, put ground black pepper and salt(if needed). Stir until it thickens.

Once it thicken, mix the sauce with macaroni. You're done!
