Macaroni Cheese

I love pasta so much. Macaroni,spaghetti. You name it. That's the reason why I have this recipe in my collections

Tips

1) Put the pot on a low heat so that the cheese will not be burnt
2) Don't add too much salt since the cheese is already salty

Ingredients

250 gram dried macaroni
500 ml fresh milk
12 slices cheddar cheese
1 can (sliced) button mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoons salt

Put water in a pot. Add some salt. Wait until it boils.

Pour dried macaroni into the pot. Wait for about 8 minutes. Once it is done, take it off the heat. Drain them under tap water

Take another pot for the cheese sauce. Put it on low heat.

Put two tablespoons of butter. Let it melts.

Put one tablespoon of flour. Stir until it becomes slightly golden

Shred the cheese into small pieces. Then, put them into the pot.

Keep stirring. Put sliced button mushrooms.
