Tips

1. Satu adunan doh tu dapat dua keping pizza saiz regular sebab nak buat pizza yang agak tebal.kalu nipis mgkin dapat tiga.
2. Topping boleh tukar ikut selera masing2.
3. Keju dan toping boleh tambah jika nk rasa lebih keju n lebih topping

2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu kecil yis
2 1/2 sudu susu tepung
160 ml air suam
1 sudu besar gula halus
1/2 sudu kecil garam
1/2 sudu besar bread softener (pelembut doh)
1 sudu besar olive oil @ mentega cair
Topping Pizza
50 gm keju ceddar
50 gm keju mozarella
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar sos cili
20 gm hirisan ayam
10 gm sosej
15 gm hirisan daging
10 gm cribstik

Adunan doh ini perlu di simpan 40 minit sebelum di canai dan direhatkan 10 minit di cucuk dengan garfu sedikit sebelum di bakar dalam 10 minit.
