1. Lap chicken luncheon dgn kitchen towel untuk elakkan terlalu berminyak selepas digoreng.
2. Masukkan telur yg dipukul dlm pinggan leper supaya mudah untuk mencelup roti.

1 keping chicken luncheon (ayamadu)
1 keping cheesedale
1sk garam
1sk serbuk lada putih
1sk english parsley dihiris halus
1sk cili merah didadu halus
Secukupnya sos cili
Secukupnya mayonis
Secukupnya sos thousand island
