Recipe for "Mushroom Chicken Soup"


Tips

Fresh shitake mushroom gives you more ummmphh! rather than the dry one.

Ingredients

Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Onion 2 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Mushrooms 6 pieces
Chicken 6 pieces
Carrot 6 inch
Leek / Green Onion 50 grams
Oyster Sauce 2 tablespoon
Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
Water 4 cups
Salt A pinch
Sugar A pinch

Instructions

Heat the oil - dump in the onion + ginger (makesure naik bau ginger tu)

Then dump in mushroom + carrot pulak (sampai mushroom lembut)

Add in the chicken (sampai ayam tu tukar color, tapi bukan color hitam tau. Tu dah jadi lain dah

Add in water (i add in lebih dulu, later add in air lagi)

Stir them up, then let it boil and add more water (let it boil again)

Its time for seasoning: salt & sugar + oyster sauce + wheat flour (around 1 tablespoon - bancuh dalam air dulu tau)

Finally, cut off the leek / green onion around 1.5cm pastu campak dalam tu. And lastly you can serve them up
