2 ketul ikan tenggiri (isi)
3 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia (hiris & ketuk)
1 sb cili kisar
1 sdt serbuk jintan manis
1 sdt serbuk biji ketumbar
1 sb kicap pekat
2 sb air asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam & gula
