Clean, peel, wash and cut the potatoes into chunky wedges.
Boil the potatoes for about 7 minutes or until they turn soft.
Take out the potatoes from the pot and bring them to bake in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Put generous amount of butter onto the piping hot potatoes and stir well with a spoon / fork.
Sprinkle the black and white pepper and parsleys to taste.
