Milk Of Choice | 1 cup |
Chia Seeds | 2 tbsp |
Oats | 1/3 cup |
Vanilla Essenes | 1 tea spoon |
Salt | A dash |
Stevia Or Sweeter Of Choice | To taste |
Fruits, Dates, Nuts And Chocolate Chips | Of choice if desired |
Whisk together the milk, oat and chia seeds in a container. Cover, then refrigerate overnight.
The next day, stir in all other ingredients. If desired, you can blend for a smoother consistency.
But I quite like the texture of leaving the seeds whole.
