Its can stand for 2-3 days if you not mix with anything.

Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup oats
1 tea spoon vanilla essenes
A dash salt
To taste stevia or sweeter of choice
Of choice if desired fruits, dates, nuts and chocolate chips

Instructions

Whisk together the milk, oat and chia seeds in a container. Cover, then refrigerate overnight.
