Recipe for "Spaghetti Bolognese "


Tips

Use tomato puree instead of ketchup because the puree has deeper flavor and more thicker.

Ingredients

Spaghetti 3 plates
Minced Meat As much as you prefered
Carrot-Chopped 1 medium size
Onion-Chopped 1 medium size
Garlic-Minced 1 clove
Tomato Puree 1 can
Tomato-Diced 1 medium size
Dried Basil Leaf Some
Chicken Powder To taste
Salt To taste
Sugar To taste
Cracker Black Pepper To taste

Instructions

Boiled the spaghetti with some olive oil then set aside.

Saute the minced garlic,chopped onion and minced meat until the meat is half cooked.

Add chopped carrots,diced tomato and tomato puree.
Add some water if necessary.
Let it cooked for few minutes on low heat.

Add Chicken powder,sugar and salt to taste.
Sprinkle a bit cracker black pepper and dried basil leaf once done and stir well.
