1 medium size | carrot-chopped |
1 medium size | onion-chopped |
1 clove | garlic-minced |
1 can | tomato puree |
1 medium size | tomato-diced |
Some | dried basil leaf |
To taste | chicken powder |
To taste | salt |
To taste | sugar |
To taste | cracker black pepper |
Boiled the spaghetti with some olive oil then set aside.
Saute the minced garlic,chopped onion and minced meat until the meat is half cooked.

Add chopped carrots,diced tomato and tomato puree.
Add some water if necessary.
Let it cooked for few minutes on low heat.

Add Chicken powder,sugar and salt to taste.
Sprinkle a bit cracker black pepper and dried basil leaf once done and stir well.
