Spaghetti Bolognese

This time i used tomato puree instead of instant spaghetti sauce. Taste is good..Not bad :)

Tips

Use tomato puree instead of ketchup because the puree has deeper flavor and more thicker.

Ingredients

3 plates spaghetti
As much as you prefered minced meat
1 medium size carrot-chopped
1 medium size onion-chopped
1 clove garlic-minced
1 can tomato puree
1 medium size tomato-diced
Some dried basil leaf
To taste chicken powder
To taste salt
To taste sugar
To taste cracker black pepper

Boiled the spaghetti with some olive oil then set aside.

Saute the minced garlic,chopped onion and minced meat until the meat is half cooked.

Add chopped carrots,diced tomato and tomato puree.
Add some water if necessary.
Let it cooked for few minutes on low heat.

Add Chicken powder,sugar and salt to taste.
Sprinkle a bit cracker black pepper and dried basil leaf once done and stir well.
