Tips

Must coat according the instruction given otherwise the coated won't turn nicely.

Ingredients

Potatoes-Boiled And Mashed 4 large
Chicken Fillet/beef/salmon-I Choose And Cut Into Small Pieces 50 g
Cheesedale's Cheese-Sliced Into Small Pieces 3 peices
Salt To taste
Plain Flour To coat
Beaten Eggs To coat
Panko ( Breadcrumbs) To coat

Instructions

Combined your preferred cooked meat and salt to taste into mashed potatoes.

Make a round shape,press a hole middle then put the sliced cheese into the dough.

Coated with plain flour,dip into beaten eggs and lastly coated with panko.

Deep fried and served.
