Tips

Must coat according the instruction given otherwise the coated won't turn nicely.

Ingredients

4 large potatoes-boiled and mashed
50 g chicken fillet/beef/salmon-i choose and cut into small pieces
3 peices cheesedale's cheese-sliced into small pieces
To taste salt
To coat plain flour
To coat beaten eggs
To coat panko ( breadcrumbs)

Combined your preferred cooked meat and salt to taste into mashed potatoes.
