Recipe for "Tamagoyaki "


Tips

Use rectangular omelette pan.


Ingredients

Eggs 5 grade a
Salt To taste
Spring Onion-Diced Few stalks
Onion-Diced 1 medium size

Instructions

Mix well all the ingredients.

! Put on medium, and pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the pan.

Move the rolled egg to one side, coat the empty space with a bit of oil, pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the space and under the rolled egg.

Cook it until half done and roll the egg again. Repeat this until the egg mixture is gone.

Leave it to cool completely after done and cut into bite size pieces.
