Recipe for "Brownie"


Tips

Use a stick to check the cake is done or not. If it stick at the stick it not don yet. If not it already done.

Ingredients

Chopped Walnut 125 gram
Dark Chocolate 210 gram
Unsalted Butter 145 gram
Castor Sugar 250 gram
Egg 5 nos
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Cake Flour 145 gram
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Dark Raisin 50 gram

Instructions

Chopped walnut and set aside.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces, place in a bowl with butter and melt together over simmer water.

Whip the castor sugar, egg and vanilla essence at high speed until light and fluffy.

Fold the egg mixture into chocolate mixture. Stir together the flour and baking powder into the chocolate mixture. Add in chopped walnut.

Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan line with baking paper.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 until it cook.
