Tips

Add more spring onion and red chilies if you like.

Ingredients

Chicken Fillet 200 g
Red Chilies-Minced As much as you like
Spring Onion As much as you like
Pepper Salted To taste
Chicken Powder To taste
Corn Starch To coat

Instructions

Marinated the chicken fillet with chicken powder.

Coated with corn starch and deep fried in hot oil.
Set aside.

Saute the spring onion and red chilies.

Add pepper salted to taste and mixed with the fried chicken meat.
Stir well.
