4 biji bawang merah di hiris
1 sudu lada hitam di tumbuk

Masukkan bacang dlm mangkuk,tuang santan pekat,masukkan garam,serbuk lada hitam,hirisan bawang dan cili api. Kacau perlahan ,siap untuk dihidang.
