Tips

Kalau taknak mee kuning terlalu kembang, cuma cuci mee kuning sahaja & tos. tak perlu dicelur.

Ingredients

1 kg - celur & tos mee kuning
2 ekor - hiris sotong
10 ekor - buang kulit udang
1/3 cawan isi kerang
3 biji - hiris bawang merah
2 ulas - cincang bawang putih
1/2 cekak - kerat pendek daun kucai
2 genggam - buang ekor taugeh
1 biji - pukul sedikit telur
1 senduk nasi cili kisar
1 camca besar sos tiram
1 camca besar sos cili
2 camca besar kicap pekat
Secukup rasa sos ikan
2 cawan air rebusan daging
1 biji - hiris cili merah
1 pokok - hiris daun bawang
1 camca besar bawang goreng

Tumis bawang merah & bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan cili kisar & masak hingga cili garing & terbit minyak.
