Tips

Use cold water for the batter.

Ingredients

Fish N Chips
Dory Fish 2 large slices
All Purpose Flour* 1 cup
Baking Powder* 1 tsp
Salt* To taste
Water 1 cup
Tartar Sauce
Mayonaise 4 tbsp
Pickled Cucumber Few pieces
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Sugar To taste

Instructions

Fish N chips

Remove the excess water from the fish.
Marinated with all * ingredients.

Deep fried until golden brown.

Combined all the ingredients above and mix it very well.
