Strawberry | 300g |
Water | 1 cup |
Low Fat Condensed Milk | 1 1/2 cup |
Jelly Flour | 1 tbsp |
Equal (Replace Sugar) | 7 1/2 sachet |
Lemon Juice | 1 tsp |
Mango | 300g |
Blend 250 g strawberries, dice another 50g and put aside. Mix jelly powder with 3 tbsp water.
Mix the balance of the water with lemon juice and condensed milk in a pot and boil.
Add in strawberry puree, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Turn of the fire, add in EQUAL and mix well. Pour into the pan and let it cool.
Repeat all steps by using the same exact amount of ingredients for mango jelly layer.
Spread the mango cubes onto the nearly sets strawberry layer. Next pour the mango mixture on the top. Let it cool.
When both jelly layers set, turn over the pan onto a plate.
