Mango & Strawberry Jelly

This pudding is suitable for diabetic patient because they can enjoy the dessert without causing their blood sugar level to rise. However, individuals with phenylketonuria should not consume this pudding because phenylalanine found in the aspartame will worsen their condition. Hence, we suggest that other artificial sweeteners are used to substitute this aspartame-based sweetener

At the end, you can garnish the pudding with mango and strawberry slices.

Ingredients

300g strawberry
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup low fat condensed milk
1 tbsp jelly flour
7 1/2 sachet equal (replace sugar)
1 tsp lemon juice
300g mango

Blend 250 g strawberries, dice another 50g and put aside. Mix jelly powder with 3 tbsp water.

Mix the balance of the water with lemon juice and condensed milk in a pot and boil.

Add in strawberry puree, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
