Tips

Use dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips! You may use small or big chips. I prefer the big one.

You can put the chocolate chip on top of the bar before go into the oven.

You may also wants to change the walnut to pecan or almond.

2 3/4 cawan tepung serbaguna
2 1/2 sudu teh serbuk penaik
1/2 sudu teh garam
2/3 cawan butter yang dilembutkan
400gm brown sugar
3 biji telur
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
100 gm semi-sweet / dark chocolate chips
1 cawan walnut yang dihancurkan

Ayak tepung dan serbuk penaik hingga halus dan diletakkan bersama garam di dalam satu mangkuk yg besar (letakkan di tepi)

Tutup mixer dan masukkan chocolate chip dan walnut ke dalam adunan. Kacau adunan menggunakan sudip kayu.

Aliskan butter atau letak non-stick spray pada dulang pembakar dan masukkan adunan ke dalam. Tabur chocolate chip di atas. Sedia untuk dibakar.

Bakar pada 200 darjah celcius selama 30 minit atau sehingga masak mengikut kesesuaian oven.
