Bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil to boiling water. Cook pasta for one less minute then package instruction. Reserve 75 mL cooking water

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add corned beef, stir and cook for 3 minutes (until pale brown). Add chili sauce, minced parsley, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add pasta, salt and pepper. Toss for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately when hot.
