Got left-over corned beef at home, so I experimented on this recipe

Tips

Reserve spaghetti cooking water and use your favorite chili sauce (as your liking)

Ingredients

200 gram spaghetti
150 gram corned beef
1 pc parsley (minced)
200 ml (as your liking) favorite chili sauce (indonesian sambal cap jempol)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil to boiling water. Cook pasta for one less minute  then package instruction. Reserve 75 mL cooking water

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add corned beef, stir and cook for 3 minutes (until pale brown). Add chili sauce, minced parsley, cook for another 2 minutes.
