Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cups chia seeds
1tsp vanilla essence
To taste sweeter of choice
A dash salt
3 pcs banana - slice

Instructions

Whisk together the milk and chia seeds in a container. Cover, then refrigerate overnight.
