Recipe for "Oven Steamed Pomfret"

this recipe can be a great alternative to a normal steam technique. Perfect for a small kitchen that don't have too many tools and appliances.

Ingredients

Pomfret Fish 1
Garlic 2 pcs
Yellow Onion Half
Carrot Half
Brocolli 1 flower
Cili Padi 7 to 9 pcs
Air Asam Jawa 1 bowl
Salt To taste
Ginger 1 inch

Instructions

Clean and cut the fish. Sliced garlic, onion, and ginger.

Put the fish in a corelle dish with sliced garlic, onion, ginger, cili padi, and salt

Spread the brocolli and carrot (or any vege of your choice)

Put the air asam jawa until it cover half of the fish

Cover the corelle dish with aluminium foil and make a small hole on it

Put the dish in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes

Ready to serve
