Recipe for "Spicy Fried Crab"

Tips to lessen the spicyness of any dishes are to add up an amount of sugar.

Ingredients

Crab 4 crabs
Blended Dried Chilli 6 table spoons
Curry Leaves 3 pucuk
Cili Padi 5 chillies
Blended Onions 2 table spoon
Salt 3 tea spoon
Sugar 2 tea spoon
Chilli Sauce 2 table spoon

Instructions

First you have to fry the crabs. Leave it and start making the spicy sauce.

Cook the blended onions together with the blended dried chillies. Make sure 'pecah minyak'.

Then add up curry leaves, cili padi, chilli sauce, salt and sugar.

Lastly, stop the heat and add up the fried crab, mix up to make sure the sauce is sauted perfectly.
