1 inch halia - dikisar
Secukupnya serbuk lada hitam
Secukupnya air
Secukupnya bawang goreng
Secukupnya daun bawang dan daun sup
Secukupnya minyak
2 kuntum bunga lawang
1 batang kayu manis
3 biji buah pelaga

Panaskan minyak dan tumis kan halia, bawang putih, bawang merah, kayu manis, biji pelaga,lada hitam, bunga lawang dan sup bunjut hingga naik bau.
