Ingredients

Kentang
1.5kg kentang - dikupas, rebus dan ditoskan
1/2 cawan susu segar
2 tbsp butter
Secukupnya garam dan serbuk lada hitam
Inti
500g daging kisar
1/2 cawan tomato puri
2 biji bawang besar - didadu
2 ulas bawang putih - cincang halus
1 tin kecil cendawan butang - dihiris
3 biji tomato - didadu
2 batang seleri - dihiris
2 tbsp lada sulah
1 kiub stock ayam
1 cawan air
Secukupnya garam dan gula
Secukupnya parmesan cheese

Agak2 daging dah masak dan sebati dengan bahan2, masukkan tepung gandum. Gaul rata adunan jangan pekat sangat atau cair sangat.

Inti dimasukkan kedalam mangkuk kaca tahan panas(bakeable) atau mangkuk aluminium foil. Taburkan mozarella cheese.

Pipekan kentang yang telah dilecek dan digaul tadi diatas inti, ikut suka pattern macam mana atau kalau tak nak pipe just ratakan aje pun boleh.

Bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan, selama 30 minit at 200C atau sehingga kentang nya dah nampak golden yellow.. Serve hot.
