Creamcheese | 200g |
Icing Sugar | 1 1/2 cup |
Eggs | 3 - 4 (medium size) |
Essence Vanilla | 1 tablespoon or more |
Fresh Lime Or Lemon Juice | 1 - 2 tablespoon |
Flour / All Purpose Flour | 1 tablespoon |
Sour Cream /plain Yogurt / Dairy Whip Cream | 1 cup / 150ml |
Combine all the ingredient into food processor or your standard home food blender. Mix until smooth and silky.
Pour the batter into 8 inch bottom lose baking pan.
Cover the top of baking pan with aluminum sheet.
Put into the preheat oven of 170 degree Celsius and bake for 50 minutes by using Bath Maine method.
Once cook, left the oven door slightly open and let it cool.
Once cool, chill inside fridge for six hours or you may serve once cool directly from the oven.
Serve with drizzle of melting chocolate and chocolate chip as you desire.
