200g | creamcheese |
1 1/2 cup | icing sugar |
3 - 4 (medium size) | eggs |
1 tablespoon or more | essence vanilla |
1 - 2 tablespoon | fresh lime or lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | flour / all purpose flour |
1 cup / 150ml | sour cream /plain yogurt / dairy whip cream |
Combine all the ingredient into food processor or your standard home food blender. Mix until smooth and silky.
Pour the batter into 8 inch bottom lose baking pan.
