Self Rising Flour | 2 cups |
Brown Sugar | 1/2 cup |
Castor Sugar | 1 cup |
Baking Soda | 1 teaspoon |
Soda Bicarbonate | 1 teaspoon |
Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 teaspoon |
Essence Vanilla | 1 tablespoon |
Apple | 2, cut into dice or chunky |
Raisin | 1 cup |
Eggs | 3 |
Cooking Oil | 1 cup |
Preheat oven 180 degree celcius
Sift flour + baking soda and soda bicarbonate together
Beat egg with both sugar until well
Pour the flour and then remain ingredient
Finally mix with apple and raisin then oil. pour into prepared muffin tin.
Bake about 30 min or until it's golden or until it's well cook.(insert the tooth pick and it's clean when pull out)
