1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon essence vanilla
2, cut into dice or chunky apple
1 cup raisin
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
