Sea Bass | 1 |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Onion | 1 clove |
Ginger | 5 slices |
Chili | 4 cloves |
Lemongrass | 2 sticks |
Lemon | 1/2 seed |
Clean the sea bass vigorously, then cut it into 3 part (depends on individually)
Cut all ingredients (garlic, onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, chili)
Included prepared pan of water in it, then heat it around 3 minutes.
Place the fish in a container along with ingredients that have been cut . Put a little water ( 1 cup ) so that it will fry fish.
Currently, squeeze the lemon onto the ingredients & Sprinkle salt to taste. Finally cook it in 20 minutes.
