Ingredients

White Cabbage 150 g
Carrot 1/2
Glass Noodle 1 handful
Red Fermented Beancurd 1/2 noodle
Salt To taste
Oyster Sauce To taste
Water A bit

Instructions

Fried the white cabbages and carrot.

Add red fermented bean curd, glass noodle,water,salt and oyster sauce.

Bring to a boil and cooked until gravy reduced 1/2.
