Recipe for "Butterscotch Orange Bread Pudding"


Tips

replace milk with buttermilk for extra kick!

Ingredients

Milk 1 1/2 cup
Butterscotch Bread (Gardenia) 10 slices
Egg 1 large
Orange 1 large (cut and slice it as you desire)
Castor Sugar 1 cup
Brown Sugar 1/2 cup (sprinkle on the top)

Instructions

Cut the bread into dice and start layered the bread and orange alternately

Beat egg with milk and sugar and pour to the bread

Sprinkle the brown sugar on the top

Bake in Oven for about 30min at 200 degree celcius or until it's turn golden.
(non preheat oven)
