Butterscotch Orange Bread Pudding

Due to eagerness in experimental with orange, I've come out with this recipe

Tips

replace milk with buttermilk for extra kick!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup milk
10 slices butterscotch bread (gardenia)
1 large egg
1 large (cut and slice it as you desire) orange
1 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup (sprinkle on the top) brown sugar

Cut the bread into dice and start layered the bread and orange alternately

Beat egg with milk and sugar and pour to the bread

Sprinkle the brown sugar on the top

Bake in Oven for about 30min at 200 degree celcius or until it's turn golden.
(non preheat oven)
