Telur yang telah direbus digoreng sebentar untuk mengelakkan telur pecah semasa dimasak bersama sambal.

Ingredients

5 biji telur
1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
2 senduk cili kisar
3 batang serai
1/2 cawan air asam jawa
2 cmb gula
Secukup rasa garam

Rebus telur hingga masak. Kopek kulit telur dan goreng sebiji-sebiji menggunakan minyak sedikit hingga keperangan. Angkat & toskan.
