Creamy Mushroom Soup

My lovely husband really loves western food especially mushroom soup. I always buy mushroom soup in tin such as Campbell as stock before. Its easy for me. Just preheat and ready to eat. But there was something bad that i cannot eat as much as i want. Cepat muak. Hehe.. Then, i try to homemade the soup. Here the recipe. Its more healthy without preservative. Lets try.. I always do more and frozen it.

Tips

Boleh gunakan sedikit lemak ayam sebagai ganti kiub ayam yang terdapat dipasaran untuk rase ayam yang lebih kick. (Optional)

Ingredients

250 gram isi ayam **
250gram cendawan butang putih @ coklat **
1 biji besar bawang besar @ holland **
3 ulas bawang putih **
500ml susu segar
2 sudu besar tepung gandum - unbleach
2 sudu besar butter - pure creamy brand scs
1/2 cawan air
1 sudu kecil black pepper -tumbuk kasar
Secukup rase himalayan rock salt

Panaskan non stick pan dan cairkan butter. Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum. Gaul rata.

Selepas itu, tumis bawang merah dan putih. kemudian masukkan isi ayam dan tumis sehingga ayam berwarna putih. Tambahkan air untuk mengelakkan ia hangus.

Selepas itu, Masukkan cendawan butang dan masak sehingga cendawan betul betul masak. (sehingga air kering)

Kemudian masukkan 300ml susu segar dan kacau rata. Ambil separuh dari sup dan blender sehingga pekat. Tuang semula kedalam periuk. kacau kembali.

Tambahkan baki susu segar 20ml tadi dan tambahkan black pepper juga perasakan dengan garam. kacau sehingga sup menjadi pekat.
