Bolognese Sauce | |
500 gram | ground beef |
3 cloves | garlic |
1 big | onion |
1 can x 200g | tomato puree |
2 tablespoon | mixed herbs |
To taste | sugar and salt |
150g - cook until al dente and rinse | penne pasta |
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling
Remove from heat. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth. Return to heat.
