Tips

1. Rendam dahulu sotong kering hingga lembut, sebaiknya semalaman.
2. Tunggu hingga tumisan pecah minyak baru masukkan gula. Gula akan caramalized & menjadikan kuah sambal merah & cantik.

Ingredients

3 keping sotong kering
1 keping asam keping
2 sudu besar air belacan
2sk garam
3 sb gula
Bahan Kisar
9 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 cm halia

Panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar. Masukkan asam keping & masak hingga pecah minyak.
