Cara nak pejalkan daging ayam selain goreng/rebus sebelum masak menu berasaskan ayam, boleh perap ayam dalam air tepung gandum. Perap dalam 15 minit. Lepas tu boleh toskan air tersebut dan boleh masak ayam tersebut contohnya kari ayam...insyallah isi ayam takkan hancur.
