Description

Airy cake requires more flour and less butter while fudgy cake requires the opposite. For example, if the cake requires 3 cups of flour and 3 sticks of butter, you can make it fudgy by altering the measurement to 2 cups of flour and 3 and 1/2 sticks of butter.
