100 gm | butter |
100 gm | milk chocolate |
Bahan Vanilla Sauce | |
1+1/2 tin | susu cair |
5 sudu | gula |
4 sudu | tepung kastard |
1 sudu | essen vanilla |
Koyakkan roti. sapu sedikit butter keliling loyang. susun roti hingga penuh loyang.
Satukan susu segar, susu cair, gula, telur dan esen vanilla dalam mangkuk. kacau hingga gula larut.

Tuang adunan telur ke dalam roti. tekan roti dengan garfu supaya semua roti menyerap adunan telur. biar terendam 1/2 jam. panaskan oven suhu 150-200C
