| 1/2 senduk | sunquick exotic |
| Secubit | garam |
| Secukupnya | plastik aiskrim |

Kupas buah rock melon & potong isinya. Masukkan dalam blender bersama air & gula. Kisar halus & tapiskan. Tekan2 penapis supaya semua jus diperah.
