Ingredients

1/2 bungkus bihun - direndam
1 biji bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu black pepper corn
1 mangkuk air
4 sudu minyak sayuran
Sekeping isi ayam - potong dadu
6 ekor udang
6 kelopak kobis cina- potong kecil
Segenggam taugeh- rendam
2 biji lada merah- hiris
4 sudu sos tiram
1 sudu cuka makan
Secukup rasa garam

Blend semua bwg n black pepper corn sampai halus. Panaskan minyak,tumis bhn blend sampai naik bau.
