1 slice | salmon |
1 flowerettes | broccoli |
1 root | carrot |
3 tablespoon | olive oil |
2 tablespoon | butter |
1/2 tablespoon | salt |
1/2 tablespoon | blackpaper |

Put olive oil on grill pan. Sprinkle the salt & black-paper on top salmon on each side.
Stir the salmon on grill pan about 15 minutes until you see the salmon skin getting crispy.
