Ibu saya punya resepi dan this is one of her fav meals. Sesuai utk makan malam kalau dah boring2 makan nasi tu. Selamat mencuba!!!

Kalau suka pedas, boleh tambahkan lagi cili kisar tu.

Ingredients

Secukup yang perlu macaroni
3 biji kentang
2-3 sudu besar cili kering (dikisar halus)
1 tin kecil sup tomato cambell
1 dada isi ayam - dipotong kiub
1 batang carrot - dihiris
2 peket puting jagung - dihiris
Sepokok kecil cauliflower - dihiris
1 cawan kacang dall
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya serbuk perasa

Rebus macaroni sehingga masak. Tos dan letakkan ke tepi.

Rebus kentang dan kacang dall...secara berasingan sehingga lembut. Kisar sehingga jadi macam puree.

Tumis cili kering yang dah dikisar tadi sehingga garing. Masukkan carrot, putik jagung & cauliflower. Biar sayur tu lembut dan masukkan pula isi ayam.
