1 bungkus rebung
1 inch kunyit
1/2 inch halia
Batang serai
2 biji bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
10 tangkai cili padi
1/2 cawan udang kering
1 kg santan
Secukupnya minyak
Secukupnya gula dan garam

Potong dan rebus rebung hingga lembut. Cuci dan toskan.
